Return, Exchanges and Refund policy

We are dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined in this Policy and our Terms of Use. This Policy seeks to explain how you can exchange, return and cancel the products purchased from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.   

We may choose to change this policy at our own discretion. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, please review the policy periodically. 

 

Returns and Cancellation: 

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. You shall not be charged any fee towards return of your order.  

No order shall be eligible for returns beyond a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order. However, in the event the product suffers from any defect, you may reach out to us on email and raise your concern. 

In order for you to be eligible for a return, the following conditions have to be met:  

  • All the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags intact. In the event the tags are broken or misplaced, the product shall not be eligible for a return.  

  • The product shall be retuned in its original packaging.  

  • Return shall be initiated only from the address where the product was previously delivered by us.  

  • Products purchased from offline stores, or any other channels shall not be eligible for return under this website. It is clarified that that only products purchased from this website is eligible for returns.  

  • Products that specify ‘not returnable’ or ‘not exchangeable’ shall not be subject to return. 

To initiate a return, please follow the steps mentioned below: 

  • Initiate return through return and exchange portal or your order section in your account section in case you are a registered user on our website. Alternatively, you can initiate your return after initiating chat via our whatsapp number +91-8150863126 and going through return and exchange flow.  

 

Exchange: 

We offer our customers with an option to exchange the products purchased by them within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to you. You may exchange the product purchased by you with any other product of Lotto that is sold on this website.  

To initiate a exchange, please follow the steps mentioned below: 

  • Initiate exchange through return and exchange portal or your order historyin your account section in case you are a registered user on our website, alternatively you can initiate your exchange after initiating chat via our whatsapp number +91-8150863126 and going through return and exchange flow. 

  • In order for you to be eligible for exchange of the product, all the conditions specified above regarding return of the product shall be met.  

  • Following the exchange of the product, the customer shall still have the option to return if they are not satisfied.  

 

Cancellations:  

  • If for any reason, you have changed your mind about your purchase, we give you an option to cancel your order provided that your order has not been dispatched. 

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may initiate cancelation through return and exchange portal or your order history in your account section in case you are a registered user on our website.

  • Please note that if you have multiple items in your order, you cannot cancel a single product. Your complete order shall be cancelled. 

  • Additionally in case your order is already packed at our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. 

  • Further, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order in the event of any technical issues, limitations of quantities available or factors beyond our reasonable control. 

  • The refund of your cancelled order shall be processed in the manner specified below. 

  • If the order has been cancelled post money being charged from your account, the said amount shall be reversed back in your account.

 

Refunds: 

  • Once we receive a returned or exchanged product, the same shall undergo a quality check. If the product is found fit to be returned or exchanged, the refund shall be processed within 7 days to the original payment channel. Further, it might take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account which is subject to terms and conditions of your financial institution/payment channels over which we have no control. 

  • If your payment method is Cash on delivery, you can enter your UPI Id or your Bank Account information while initiating return or exchange through return and exchange portal or your order history  on our website, alternatively you can initiate your return after initiating chat via our whatsapp number +91-8150863126 and going through return and exchange flow and we will refund you in your preferred mode of payment . 

  • For the exchanged or return products that do not meet the quality check standards prescribed by us, the product shall be returned back to the customer and return or exchange request shall be rejected.
