Return, Exchanges and Refund policy

We are dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free, return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined in this Policy and our Terms of Use and Sale. This Policy seeks to explain how you can exchange, return and cancel the products purchased from us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We may choose to change this policy at our own discretion. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, please review the policy periodically.

Returns:

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. You shall not be charged any fee towards return of your order.

Note: Socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sock purchases are final sale.

No order shall be eligible for returns beyond a period of 14 days from the date of receiving the order. However, in the event the product suffers from any defect, you may reach out to us on email and raise your concern.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags intact.
  • If tags are broken or misplaced, the product is not eligible for return.
  • Return must be initiated from original delivery address.
  • Offline store purchases are not eligible for return.
  • Products marked “not returnable” or “not exchangeable” are excluded.

Exchanges:

We offer customers an option to exchange products within 14 days from delivery date. You may exchange with any other product available on this website.

  • Exchange must be initiated through return & exchange portal or WhatsApp.
  • Same eligibility conditions as returns apply.
  • After exchange, return option remains available if unsatisfied.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Partial cancellation is not allowed; full order must be cancelled.
  • Orders already packed cannot be cancelled.
  • We may cancel orders due to technical issues or stock limitations.
  • Refunds will be processed if payment was already made.

Refunds:

  • Refund processed within 7 days after successful quality check.
  • Bank processing time may vary.
  • COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank details provided.
  • Rejected items will be sent back to customer.
