How do I place an order at Lotto India?

Shopping at Lotto is as fun as playing your favourite sport! Just pick your style, choose your size, hit “Add to Cart,” fill in your details, and checkout. Sit back while we bring joy to your doorstep!

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once the order is confirmed, it starts moving fast—like a sprinter! We cannot change it mid-run, but you can cancel it (if it has not shipped) and place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel any time before it is shipped by logging into your account or giving us a shout via customer care.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

Sadly no—once the game’s started, we cannot swap players (or addresses!).
Please double-check before confirming.

How do I track my order?

We'll send a tracking link via email/SMS once your order hits the road. Or log in to your account and check “My Orders.”

Why am I not receiving OTPs or emails?

Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes joy gets misfiled! Still nothing?

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and even good old Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is there a limit for COD orders?

COD is available for orders between ₹999 to ₹5999 .

My payment failed, but the amount was debited. Help!

Don’t worry! If your payment didn’t go through but the money left your account, it’ll bounce right back to you within 7-10 working days.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course! We’ll email it to you once your order is shipped. You can also download it anytime from your account.

Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?

Currently, we do not support split payments. Please use a single payment method to complete your purchase.

How do I make an EMI (Credit Card) purchase ?

Add your favourite Lotto picks to your cart and head to checkout.

Choose your delivery address and continue to payment.

On the payment page, select ‘EMI (Credit Card)’.

Pick your bank, choose your repayment plan (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months), and see your monthly EMI details.

Enter your card info and hit ‘Pay Now.’

What is the eligibility criteria to avail EMI options?

EMI is available on all Lotto products! Just make sure your order meets the minimum value set by your bank (this varies by bank). When you choose EMI at checkout, you’ll see the eligible banks listed for your order amount.

Is it safe to shop online at Lotto India?

Absolutely! Your data is protected with top-notch security. Shop happy, shop safe!

What are the shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges. Delivery is completely free on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship in 3 working days and deliver within 5-7 working days.
Good things (like your Lotto gear!) are worth the wait.

How can I track my package?

We’ll send you a tracking link once your order is on the move. Or check your account under “My Orders.”

My order says delivered, but I didn’t get it. What should I do?

What’s Lotto India’s return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem! Return unused items within 14 days, with tags intact and original packaging.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, for hygiene reasons, face masks, socks, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized items can’t be returned.

How do I return a product?

Just log in → go to “My Orders” → click “Return” → follow the easy steps.

Are returns free?

Yes, returns are free when using our prepaid return labels for eligible products returned within 14 days of delivery.

How do refunds work?

Refunds zoom back to your original payment method in 7-10 working days post quality check. COD refunds are done via bank transfer or store credit.

Can I exchange a product?

Absolutely! Need a different size? Request an exchange when you process your return. We’ll swap it out if stock is available.

What if my product is damaged during delivery?

If you receive a damaged product, please refuse delivery, or contact customer service within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Can I cancel my return request?

Changed your mind about the return? Contact us before the pickup is arranged, and we’ll cancel it.

Do Lotto products come with a warranty?

Yes! You’re covered by a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects on footwear and apparel.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing faults but doesn’t include wear-and-tear or accidental damage.

How do I claim warranty?

Drop us an email with your purchase proof, product pics, and issue details. We’ll guide you from there.

How do I distinguish between a manufacturing defect and normal wear?

Manufacturing defects typically appear early in the product's life and affect structural elements. Normal wear includes sole abrasion, upper creasing, or gradual colour fading with use.

How do I find the right size?
